Blair was the photographer at our wedding in May 2015. To say he and Sandy did an amazing job is an understatement.
We were first introduced to Blair at another unrelated event where he was the photographer and we were guests. We struck up a conversation with Sandy and Blair as we had just gotten engaged and were soon going to be looking for a photographer. Sandy pulled out her iPad and showed us dozens of pictures from previous weddings Blair had done. It was spot-on what we were looking for. We were wanting a photographer who was creative, artsy, and a bit edgy with the photographs. The pictures definitely captured that- he had the standard wedding shots with family posing, but also had a great deal of shots that captured the essence of the wedding itself- it's hard to describe, but you just know it when you see it.
We checked with a few other photographers in the area where we were getting married (Los Olivos) as Blair was not local to that area. We found that we didn't like their portfolios nearly as much as we liked Blair's, so it came down to cost. Blair and Sandy worked with us and even with the travel expenses, it still came out to be a very reasonable cost for us.
After the wedding, Sandy and Blair were quick to get the photos to us as well as assemble the album we had arranged ahead of time to purchase from them. They also created a nice video montage of several of the best pictures they had taken, which was a very nice gesture that touched our hearts.
Blair did an excellent job and they were very customer service-oriented from the time we met them until the time everything was done.
